Availability and specifications
Equipment availability, dimensions, power requirements, temperature range, brand, model, capacity, rental period, rental path, and delivery timing must be confirmed before any rental is finalized.
Delivery and site access
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, safe access, required permissions, adequate space, and suitable power or fuel arrangements for the requested equipment. Rent-to-own, rent with option to buy, and lease-option requests require final written terms before they apply.
Cleaning, inspection, and pickup
Equipment should be returned accessible, emptied, and ready for pickup. Cleaning, damage, access delays, failed delivery attempts, and special handling may affect final rental terms.
Invoice agreements and payment
When RefrigRental sends a customer-specific invoice or rental agreement link, that agreement controls the quoted equipment, price, payment timing, return condition, ID upload, last-four card reference, payment processor record, signature, and other transaction-specific terms. Customers should not submit full card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, or banking passwords through the invoice system.

RefrigRental does not publish fake ratings, fake locations, or fabricated customer examples. Case studies and testimonials should be added only when they are based on real customer work that can be responsibly described.
