How information is used
Request information is used to respond to rental inquiries, triage emergency cold-storage needs, coordinate rental details, and maintain lead records. The recipient email address for the form is stored server-side and is not displayed on public pages.
Data sharing
Information may be shared with operational partners as needed to respond to a rental request, coordinate delivery, or support the requested service. We do not sell request information.
