Delivery review

- Review delivery window, pickup timing, minimum rental period, and final terms
Setup, active rental, and pickup
Equipment is reviewed for the requested use, delivered when availability and access are confirmed, and removed at the end of the rental. Units should be cleaned, accessible, and ready for pickup according to the rental terms.
